Our office accepts direct custom orders and responds to telephone inquiries from 10 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. We accept Visa and Mastercard for telephone orders. A printable version of our order form is available from our website catalog main menu for those preferring mail orders. Mail orders may be paid with U.S. Postal money orders, Visa, Mastercard or personal checks.

DELIVERY TIME

Turnaround, or delivery time of domestic ordersaverage a minimum of approximately 8 weeks from the date of your order. At the time your order is placed you will be advised of the current approximate turnaround. During peak demand periods, delivery may be delayed further. Due to the large number of weapon models our holsters are available for, we do not stock or inventory any of our products. Every holster, belt and accessory we craft is entirely custom made by hand and completed individually in the order it is received. If you do not see the weapon for the holster you wish to order in our dummy gun list, contact our office for specific information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders Continental U.S. are shipped U S Priority Mail, insured. Domestic shipping & insurance is $10.75 for most products up to 2 small sized holsters. Two medium to large holsters or lined gunbelts, $21.50 domestic shipping & actual value insurance. Bell Charter Oak, Inc. is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of any product that occurs during shipping or following delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING

We gladly accept orders from outside the United States. Language translation of this website is available from google.com by visiting their search engine. International orders may be paid via credit card, payable in U S Dollars only or with U.S. Postal money orders. We do not accept foreign currency. International orders are typically subject to customs import fees, payable by the purchaser. Flat rate $35.00 shipping and handling on all international orders via US Postal Service Global Priority Mail, for up to two small size holsters. Additional holsters or belts add $10.00 per item. Bell Charter Oak, Inc. is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of any product that occurs during shipping or following delivery. We cannot estimate delivery time of international orders as this will vary by country of destination.

MATERIALS AND FEATURES

Bell Charter Oak holsters are entirely hand crafted from premium Vegetable Tanned Full Grain Cowhide and Vegetable Tanned Drum Dyed Harness leathers. We also offer Horsehide, based upon availability, for selected models. These traditional materials are hand selected from the finest quality hides available. We do not use any synthetic or plastic composition materials in the construction of our products. Left hand models are available for most holsters for $15.00 additional. Reinforced mouthbands are available for many models for a small additional fee, if not listed as a standard feature. Sharkskin and rayskin accented mouthband reinforcements are available for selected models subject to current market prices, based upon availability. Standard dye colors are black and chestnut for most models.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

Of the many thousands of holsters we have crafted, we can say with complete honesty that our returns average 1 or 2 each year, and most years typically, none at all. This is well below what any manufacturer of any product could hope to expect. But one dissatisfied customer, is simply one too many. We want you to know that you will alway's receive polite courteous service and sensible advice from our staff. We will take the time to resolve any issue you may choose to discuss concerning our products. Bell Charter Oak, Inc. offers a 30 day Limited Replacement Warranty for defects in material or workmanship, for all leather products. In addition, we may at our discretion provide a full refund, less postage, for any product returned with our prior authorization, in unused condition within 7 days of receipt by the consumer. This is our ironclad policy of quality customer service and complete satisfaction.
