Our office accepts direct custom orders and responds to telephone inquiries from 10 am to 5 pm Eastern Time. We accept all major credit cards. A printable version of our order form is available from our website catalog main menu for those preferring mail orders. Mail orders may be paid with U.S. money orders, credit cards or personal checks. Foreign orders may be paid via credit card, payable in U S Dollars only.

MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION

Bell Charter Oak holsters are entirely hand crafted from premium Vegetable Tanned Full Grain Cowhide, English Bridle and Drum Dyed Harness leathers. We also offer Horsehide, based upon availability, for selected models. These traditional materials are hand selected from the finest quality hides available. We do not use any synthetic or plastic composition materials in the construction of our products.

OPTIONS AND SPECIAL FEATURES

Options available for many models include, thumb breaks, reinforced mouthbands, tension nuts and custom dye color finishes, for an additional fee. Our standard product finish colors are black or chestnut. Most holster models are available in left hand versions for $15.00 additional. Holster BASE PRICES do not reflect additional charges for options or special features.

SHIPPING

Domestic orders Continental U.S. are shipped U S Priority Mail, insured. Domestic shipping & insurance is $9.50 for most products up to 2 small sized holsters. Two medium to large holsters or lined gunbelts, $20.00 domestic shipping & insurance. International orders are subject to customs import fees, payable by the purchaser. Flat rate $35.00 shipping and handling on all international orders via International Priority Mail, Insured, for two to four medium sized holsters. Bell Charter Oak, Inc. is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of any product that occurs during shipping.

DELIVERY TIME

Typical turnaround, or delivery time averages a minimum of approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the date of your order. At the time your order is placed you will be advised of the current approximate turnaround. During peak demand periods, delivery may be delayed further. Due to the large number of weapon models our holsters are available for, we do not stock or inventory any of our products. Every holster, belt and accessory we craft is entirely custom made by hand and completed individually in the order it is received. LIMITED REPLACEMENT WARRANTY INFORMATION

We offer a limited 30 day replacement warranty against defects in material or workmanship for all leather products.
