ORDERING INFORMATION

Our office responds to telephone inquiries 10 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, based upon staff availability. Our office is closed Saturday, Sunday and all major holidays. If we are in the shop and unavailable to take your call, please leave a brief message on our voice mail and a staff member will return your call as soon as possible.

HOW TO ORDER

A printable order form is available from our main menu for your convenience. Mail orders may be paid with U.S. Postal money orders, bank money orders or checks. We no longer accept any other form of payment.

EXPEDITED ORDERING SERVICE

Many of our products can be priority crafted and shipped faster than the standard turnaround time, depending upon our current order demand. Expedited orders may be available for an additional fee of $35.00 per item, for selected models only. Shipped to the delivery destination in approximately 14 to 21 BUSINESS DAYS from the date we receive your order payment, via 3 day US Priority Mail. Postage additional.

ORDER DELIVERY TIME

Every product we craft is entirely custom made by hand and completed individually in the order (DATE) it was received. Approximate turnaround time is currently 8 to 10 weeks from the date we receive your payment, and is entirely subject to current demand.

SALE POLICY & PRODUCT WARRANTY

BCO HOLSTERS provides a Limited 30 day Replacement Warranty due to defects in material or workmanship for the original purchaser.

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard domestic orders Continental U.S. are shipped U S Priority Mail, with Delivery Confirmation. Effective April 5, 2019 domestic shipping is $13.95 for most products up to 2 small sized holsters. Two medium to large holsters or lined gunbelts, $24.95 domestic shipping. BCO Holsters, is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of any product that occurs during shipping and/or delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING

We gladly accept international orders. International orders may be paid with U.S. Postal money orders. We do not accept foreign currency or cheques drawn from banks outside of the US. International orders are typically subject to customs import fees, payable by the purchaser. Flat rate $55.00 shipping and handling on all international orders via US Postal Service Global Priority Mail, for up to two small size holsters. Additional holsters add $15.00 per item. Our company, is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of any product that occurs during shipping or following delivery, unless otherwise insured. We cannot estimate delivery time of international orders as this will vary by country of destination and individual customs policies.

MATERIALS AND FEATURES

BCO holsters are entirely hand crafted from premium Vegetable Tanned Full Grain Cowhide, trimmed from the back of the animal, or commonly referred in the industry as "Bends". This superb material is hand selected from the finest portion of quality hides available. It is the most expensive portion of any cowhide. There is no finer quality leather for the durable construction of concealment holsters. We do not use any synthetic or plastic composition materials in the construction of our products. Left hand models are available for most holsters for $15.00 additional. Reinforced mouthbands are available for many models for a small additional fee, if not listed as a standard feature. Standard dye colors are black and chestnut for most models.
