While that demographic remains true today, it has evolved to include a significant number of lawfully armed citizens. In the advent of many states passing legislation to issue concealed carry permits, this portion of our client base has increased. The level of experience of these new CCW permit holders range from completely inexperienced to highly trained individuals. Despite their level of experience, or lack thereof, we strive to inform every customer of the best options affordable to suit their particular needs. Many American servicemen and sevicewomen use our products. They are the only customers who receive priority service to expedite their orders. We will take the time to resolve any issue you may choose to discuss concerning our products. Bell Charter Oak, Inc. offers a 30 day Limited Replacement Warranty for defects in material or workmanship, for all leather products. In addition, we will provide a full refund, less postage, for any product returned with our prior authorization, in unused condition within 7 days of receipt by the consumer.
